  Probably the worst experience I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings.
  We got there at about 10pm, definitely not busy, especially for a Thursday night. No wait time at all.
  Sat down, ordered drinks, and about 30 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. 20 minutes later, we got asked if we were ready to order, which by that time, we were more than ready. We ordered, then waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out.
  Our waiter was completely MIA. Finally got our food which was completely wrong but we didn't compalin since it was late and we were in a hurry to get home to our daughter.
  Ordered more drinks and waited, AGAIN, another 30 minutes for them to come. (It was not busy whatsoever. There's no excuse.)
  We finally asked for our ticket and decided to leave $4 for a tip since the service was absolutely terrible.
  I went to the bathroom as my husband waited outside of the door for me. Our waiter came up to him and said, "wow thanks for the tip." And walked away.
  definitely not coming back here anytime soon. One bad experience ruined it all for us.

  I did a take out order of some wings and a large lite ice Pepsi. They placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Finally after someone pick up. They said order will be 20 minutes. I was like perfect driving time. Once I arrived I paid for it and then they said we will be right out with your order. 10 minutes later she come out with a large root beer and said here is your drink. I was like I order a Pepsi. She said she will be right back. 5 minutes later she come back with my Pepsi but it was mostly ice. I was okay I gotta get going back to work. I asked how much longer for my food. She was like I will check. It been 45 minutes since I order the food. She never come back and told me how much longer. 1 hour after I originally called in and place my order I am finally leaving with the food. I am very in happy with the service you provided and made me late. I hope you guys take this and improve your service.
