  Customer service at speaker box was terrible. As I was giving my order I noticed a kids menu item being placed on the screen, asked the rep if this was my order on screen she said yes (I'm ordering just for myself, an adult). After a huge mess on informing her I never ordered any of that and 3 different people getting on the mic screaming at me and each other, I was told it wasn't my order but they had my order correct to pull forward. Once I got to window I clarified my order was correct, and got my food. After getting my food I asked politely for TWO fry sauces, she was super irritated and only came back with one. SERIOUSLY?! Is she just ignorant and wants to be a brat, or does she not know how to count? This place has got to get thier s#*& together! Don't be pissed off at the customer cuz they asked for condiments that should have already been in the bag. Also the soda was extremely flat, and the bacon guac burger isn't that exciting.. there isn't hardly any guacamole and it is really thin like watered down. The burger overall was pretty good, the bacon was thick which was surprising. My overall visit today was terrible. I hope the manager or owner reads reviews cuz your branch needs serious help.
